How Ultra works
Ultra (LaseMD Ultra by Cynosure) is a 1927 nm fractional thulium laser. It treats a fraction of the skin’s surface at a time, which helps refresh tone and texture while the surrounding skin supports healing.
Downtime
Downtime is minimal. Skin may feel warm and look pink, with a sandpaper-like texture for a few days as it renews. Daily sunscreen afterwards is essential.
